my daughter LOVES this dollhouse. Its for C-mas, but I got it out to make sure everything was there. Well, my 17 mo old saw it and LOVED it, even when it was not all put together. When I tried to box it up, she threw a fit. The people are just the right size for chubby toddler hands. The chairs are a little hard for a toddler to get one of the people to sit in them. There are also a few sounds, but not so many that it discourages imagination.

I bought this puzzle as a holiday gift for my two year old son and while he's a bit young for a layer puzzle he still enjoys seeing what's on each level and will have fun using it as he gets a bit older. My kids (6 and 3) love this. They can play with this alone or in conjunction with the Haba ball track (also great). It is definitely recommended if you have the Haba ball track - it adds a whole new dimension of fun. If your kids like the ball track and like games, get this. Makes for great family fun when we can all play together, and great fun for them on their own when we can't help with the ball track.

This is a minor issue for us, but may bother some. We just adjust it and carry on. Honestly, given that it is a wooden block building set, we expected this to be part of the process (ever try to keep an intricate wooden block tower perfectly square?). Even though the pieces are heavy, as the marbles travel the blocks will slide a bit over each other.

Anyway as far as performance, me and my two and a half year old son were very happy with it. I can't imagine the [...] LIke-a-bikes being much better than this one costing less then 1/3 the price. I was impressed with my son hopping on and pushing himself along with no problem. I would think he'll be lifting his feet soon and can see this being his favorite toy as we scoot around town. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone interested in getting his child to learn to ride a bike.
